About the Event
Imagine a public park with food, herbal medicine, art, education and community gathering spaces. Imagine a healthy food-producing ecosystem with people, plants, birds, insects and other animals working together. Imagine a new sensory learning experience around every corner. This is our vision for the future of The Duvall Food Forest.
You're invited to join us for a free guided tour and conversation about this new community organization, led by it's founder Jeff Davis. Learn about the land and it's rich agricultural history, explore the community-generated design plan for the site, enjoy views of the pasture and valley below, and harvest fresh food to take home for free.
Bring a harvest basket and dress to be outdoors and for walking on eneven terrain. Please, sign up in advance for one of two time slots. No more than 5 people allowed per tour. Face masks required.
